Measuring and choosing your size
Measure around your head above the eyebrows and across the top of the ears using a tape measure or piece of string. Compare that measurement with the helmet size chart. When your measurement falls between two sizes, select the smaller size. The helmet should feel snug when new, then gradually stretch and conform to your head after a short period of use.
