Measuring and choosing your size
Measure around your head with a tape measure or string, passing above the eyebrows and around the head just above the ears. Compare that measurement with the applicable helmet size information. When your measurement falls between two sizes, select the smaller one. The interior is intended to feel snug when new and can stretch and mold to your head after brief use.
