Choose the correct helmet size
Measure around your head with a tape measure or piece of string. Position it above your eyebrows, pass it around the top of your ears, and compare the measurement with the size chart.
The helmet should feel firmly fitted when new. Its interior will gradually stretch and conform to your head after a short period of use. Riders with a thinner face should select the smaller size, while a fuller face may require the larger option.
